• The Therapeutic Art Facilitation Courses, Workshops, Talks, Consultations, etc. offered by BINAHarts.com, are designed to provide guidance and support for personal growth, stress reduction, and creativity through education, breath work, visualizations, art and writing activities, bodywork exercises, and/or prayer.

  Disclosure

• The facilitator for BINAHarts.com is NOT a licensed therapist or art therapist and the course offerings are NOT a substitute for professional counseling or therapy. Participants are encouraged to have their own therapist or counselor for additional support, especially if dealing with mental health challenges such as previous trauma.

• While every effort is made to provide a safe and supportive environment, the facilitator cannot be held responsible for any emotional or psychological reactions experienced by participants during or after the course.

• Payment for the course is due in full before the course begins. Failure to submit payment may result in the participant being unable to access the course and its materials.

• Once payment is made, there are no make-ups, cancellations, or refunds available. Participants are responsible for ensuring their understanding of and commitment to the course/s before making payment.

• At BINAHarts.com, we want to emphasize the importance of respecting the privacy and intellectual property rights. All materials are copyrighted and should not be shared or distributed without permission. We value the creativity and effort that goes into producing these works, and we ask our clients to show the same level of respect by refraining from unauthorized sharing or reproduction.
