Privacy Policy

At BINAHarts.com, we uphold a strict policy of confidentiality to create a safe space for sharing and vulnerability during our sessions. We prioritize the privacy and security of all participants to ensure a comfortable and trusting environment.

Confidentiality

  • All information shared during sessions is strictly confidential. Our facilitators and participants are expected to respect the privacy of others at all times.

  • Participation is encouraged, but not required. Faces are welcome and encouraged, but participants may choose to turn video off to maintain anonymity.

  • Some sessions may ask you to share your writing if you are comfortable doing so, or listen only, holding space for the participant to share silently, safely, and without judgement.

  • Sessions are not recorded to protect the confidentiality of conversations and the identity of participants.

  • Please be sure to be in a private space when in-session. No others should be present for the privacy of all participants.

Code of Conduct

  • Courses are designed and led by Bonnie Goetz as an educational and therapeutic process, not a peer-led support group.

  • Participants are expected to maintain the utmost dignity and respect the confidentiality of their fellow members.

  • Sessions have a specific order and time limitations. Outside discussions, topics, advice, and/or suggestions are not allowed during sessions. Participants can “raise hand” on zoom if questions arise related to the session’s theme. Please mute during personal shares.

  • Any breach of confidentiality, such as sharing information outside of sessions, or contacting participants involved will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the group or course without a refund.

Data Security

  • We implement appropriate measures to safeguard the personal information shared during sessions.

  • Your personal information is never sold or shared.
